So many people feel like they have monsters inside of them, so many people feel hopeless and confused and lost. This book is relatable, mentally diagnosed with a problem or not. But throughout the story Jennifer adapts and she learns the work the program. ![]() At first the hospital really is like a hell, it has a very One Flew out of the Cuckoo Nest vibe. ![]() She constantly strives to be perfect, to seek approval from others.Once she's in the hospital she grows so so much. This book is an autobiographial novel, mainly true, about the author as she overcomes bulimarexia as a teen. Honestly, health teachers should reccommend this book. ![]() ![]() If I could reccommend any book to people, it would most definitely be this one.
